Carl’s Deli, located at 2836 Observatory Avenue, offers premium sandwiches, homemade salads, quiches, lasagnas, pastas, soups, and sweets. Carl’s also offers select catering made with fresh ingredients, a wide selection of imported beers and fine wines, and provides exceptional customer experience.
We combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for dishes that are authentic.
All our sandwiches and sides are homemade made daily in house.

To place a catering order (larger than 10 sandwiches), we require a 48-hour notice. Please email us, a member of our leadership team will reach back out to you to confirm the details of your order and pick up time.
